RoleReady subscription terms

Premium: $19 USD per month. Automatically renews until canceled. No free trial. Includes 100 AI credits per paid billing period. No automatic overage charges.

Who provides the service

RoleReady is an independent application assistant operated by Alex Kim at roleready.dev. Stripe securely processes payments through our merchant account, Proj Extensions. That merchant name may appear on receipts or in billing management; your subscription is for RoleReady Premium. For billing, refunds or account help, contact alexkiminbox@gmail.com.

Payment and renewal

Your subscription begins after payment is confirmed. Stripe charges the monthly price displayed at checkout and automatically renews the subscription each month until you cancel. Review the checkout total before paying. A Google account is required; use the same account on the website and extension. A failed payment can pause paid access until payment is resolved.

What you receive and how credits work

Premium provides resume-based job matches, profile and application tracking, supported application autofill, and AI drafting. Each completed resume draft, cover letter, experience answer or profile extraction uses one credit. Generating another version uses another credit. Failed generations return the credit. In-progress requests temporarily reserve a credit.

You receive 100 credits after your first confirmed payment and a fresh allowance on each paid monthly renewal. Unused credits do not roll over and cannot be exchanged for cash. Editing drafts and saved-answer autofill do not consume credits. When credits are exhausted, new AI generation stops; no automatic overage fee is charged.

Canceling your subscription

Choose Manage billing in RoleReady to cancel future renewals before your next billing date. You retain paid access through the end of your paid period unless a refund or payment review places access on hold. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account. For account deletion or help accessing existing files after cancellation, contact support.

Refunds

You can request a full refund of your first purchase within 7 days of that purchase by emailing support from your account email. Include the purchase date; never send your full card number. A refund pauses paid access. Cancel future renewals through Manage billing as well, or ask support to help. Renewal charges do not carry the first-purchase refund offer; contact support about duplicate charges, billing errors or service problems. This policy does not limit rights that apply under applicable law.

Review before using

AI drafts can contain mistakes. You must review and edit claims, dates, skills, answers and documents before using or submitting them. RoleReady does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or support for every employer form. Unfamiliar fields, embedded forms, CAPTCHAs and unsupported uploads may require manual completion. Temporary provider outages can interrupt assistance.

Your account and information

Use the service for your own legitimate applications and provide information you have permission to use. Do not share access tokens, abuse the service or attempt to bypass usage and security controls. How we handle your information is explained in the privacy notice.
